We didn’t apply for it. We didn’t campaign for it. We didn’t send our users a script telling them what to say.
G2 awarded Myna the “Users Love Us” badge based on reviews from real customers who took time out of their day to write about their experience. That means something to us, because we didn’t earn it by being loud. We earned it by actually working.
What G2 Is, For Anyone Who Doesn’t Know
G2 is the largest software review platform in the world. It’s where businesses go to evaluate tools before they spend money on them. The reviews are verified. You can’t pay your way onto a badge list. The “Users Love Us” recognition is based entirely on customer satisfaction scores, which means the only way to get it is to have users who are genuinely happy with what you built.
For a product that’s still in its early stages, that’s not a small thing.
What This Means for Us
We built Myna for service businesses that are tired of chasing leads that go nowhere. HVAC companies, roofers, solar installers, contractors — businesses that are paying good money for leads and then losing them to slow follow-up or inconsistent outreach.
The feedback we’ve gotten from early users has shaped almost every decision we’ve made since launch. What messages convert. What qualification questions actually matter. What makes a lead go cold versus what keeps them engaged. That feedback loop is what the product is built on, and it’s what this badge reflects.
Getting recognized on G2 this early tells us we’re solving a real problem for real businesses. Not a theoretical one.
What We’re Building Next
This is just the beginning of what Myna is going to become. The roadmap includes deeper scheduling logic, expanded channel support, and more control over how your agent qualifies and responds. Everything is being built based on what users are actually asking for.
If you’ve been using Myna and it’s made a difference in your business, we’d genuinely appreciate a review on G2. Not because we need the badge. Because honest reviews help other business owners make better decisions, and that’s worth doing.
