# Myna for Agencies: Manage Multiple Clients at Scale

> Agency mode gives you a master view of all client workspaces, centralized billing, and team management tools — all from a single Myna account.

Agency mode is designed for marketing agencies, consultancies, and managed-service providers who run AI messaging on behalf of multiple clients. Instead of juggling separate logins for each client, you manage every client workspace from a single agency account — with centralized billing, role-based team access, and full isolation between clients so their data never mixes.

## How Agency Mode Works

In Myna, the agency is the top-level entity. Workspaces live beneath the agency and inherit its billing relationship. Here's how the layers fit together:

* **Agency** — Holds the master credit balance, contains all workspaces, and is managed by agency owners and admins.
* **Workspaces** — Individual environments for each client. Contacts, agents, campaigns, and conversations are all scoped to a workspace.
* **Users** — People can be invited at the agency level (to see all workspaces) or at the workspace level (to see only one client's workspace).

## Agency Roles

Myna uses two distinct role layers — agency-level roles and workspace-level roles — so you can control visibility and permissions at each layer independently.

| Role | Level | What They Can Do |
| - | - | - |
| **Owner** | Agency | Full control: create/detach workspaces, manage billing, manage team, update agency settings |
| **Admin** | Agency | Create workspaces, invite users, view all workspace data — but cannot manage billing or agency settings |
| **Admin** | Workspace | Full access within a single workspace: agents, campaigns, contacts, billing view |
| **User** | Workspace | Limited access within a single workspace: view conversations, manage contacts |

<Note>
  Agency owners and admins have cross-workspace visibility across all workspaces under the agency. Workspace-level users only see the specific workspace they've been invited to.
</Note>

## Upgrading to Agency Mode

If you have an existing Myna account, you can upgrade it to agency mode from the dashboard. Once enabled, your existing workspace becomes the first workspace under your new agency account, and you can begin creating additional client workspaces immediately.

<Info>
  Upgrading to agency mode does not affect your existing campaigns, agents, contacts, or billing. Your current workspace is preserved and simply placed under the new agency umbrella.
