Myna is an AI-powered messaging platform built for sales teams that want to contact more leads, qualify them faster, and book appointments without hiring more reps. You configure an AI agent with your brand's voice and product knowledge, attach it to a campaign, and Myna handles the entire outbound and inbound conversation — from the first "hey, is now a good time?" to the confirmed booking on your calendar.

Myna supports SMS out of the box and extends to WhatsApp, email, and additional channels such as Facebook Messenger, Google Business, and Instagram through a GoHighLevel integration. Every conversation is tracked, every lead is qualified against goals you define, and every appointment is synced back to your calendar automatically.

## How Myna is organized

Everything you do in Myna lives inside a **workspace**. A workspace holds your agents, campaigns, contacts, and integrations. If you manage multiple clients or brands, you can create a workspace for each one and switch between them without logging out.

Within a workspace, the core building blocks are:

* **Agents** — the AI persona that talks to your contacts. An agent has a name, a personality, and a knowledge base.
* **Campaigns** — the outreach program that connects an agent to a phone number, defines the message sequence, and controls which contacts are enrolled.
* **Contacts** — the leads your agents will reach out to, imported from a CSV or synced from GoHighLevel.
