Myna Systems Inc ("Myna," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered communications and automation platform that helps businesses engage leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments via SMS and other messaging channels (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website (https://www.myna.cx) and our platform.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to:
- Site Visitors — individuals who visit www.myna.cx or any affiliated pages.
- Platform Users ("Customers") — businesses and individuals who create a Myna account and use our platform to deploy AI agents.
- Authorized Users — employees or contractors of a Customer who access the platform on that Customer's behalf.
This Policy does NOT cover information about End Users — the leads, customers, or contacts that your AI agents communicate with on your behalf. When your AI agent texts a lead, Myna processes that conversation data as a data processor acting under your instructions as the data controller. If you are a lead who has been contacted through a business using Myna, please direct privacy inquiries to that business directly.
