When you first sign up for Myna, the platform creates a workspace for you automatically and walks you through a seven-step onboarding checklist. This guide explains each step in detail so you can configure everything correctly before your first campaign goes live.

Registering your account

Go to app.myna.cx/register and complete the registration form:
  • First name and last name — used as your display name in the app
  • Email address — your login credential and the address that receives notifications
  • Password — must be at least 6 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character
After submitting, Myna sends a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and enter the 6-digit code on the verification screen. You can request a new code at any time if the original expires.
You can also register using Sign up with Google to skip the password step entirely. Google accounts are linked to your Google email address.
If you entered your email address incorrectly during registration, you can correct it from the verification screen before the email is verified.

The onboarding checklist

After registration, the onboarding checklist guides you through the seven steps required to get your workspace fully configured. You can access the checklist at any time from the dashboard.
1

Step 1 — Register your account

This step is automatically marked complete when you sign up. Nothing extra to do here.
2

Step 2 — Update your business profile

Your business profile tells Myna who you are. Navigate to Settings → Business Profile and fill in:
  • Legal business name
  • Business email and phone number
  • Website URL
  • Business niche or industry
  • Full business address (street, city, state, ZIP, country)
This information is used by your AI agents to answer basic questions about your company during conversations. Keep it accurate and up to date.
3

Step 3 — Build your Memory Hub

The Memory Hub is the knowledge base your agents draw on when answering contact questions. From Settings → Memory Hub, add entries covering:
  • Product or service descriptions
  • Common objections and suggested responses
  • Pricing ranges, service areas, or eligibility criteria
  • FAQs your sales team answers regularly
You can also import pages directly from your website to populate the Memory Hub automatically. The more relevant context your agents have, the more accurately they represent your business.
4

Step 4 — Create your first agent

Navigate to Agents → New Agent and configure your AI persona. See the Agents concept guide for a full breakdown of every setting.
5

Step 5 — Set up your first campaign

Navigate to Campaigns → New Campaign and build your outreach flow. See the Campaigns concept guide for details on message sequences, business hours, and qualification goals.
6

Step 6 — Test your campaign

Before going live, use the Playground to simulate conversations with your agent. Enter test messages as if you were a contact and verify that your agent responds correctly, handles objections, and collects qualification data. You can also send a real test message to your own phone number from the campaign’s test panel.
Test messages consume real message credits. Use the Playground simulation first to catch issues before sending to your phone.
7

Step 7 — Upgrade your plan

When you’re ready to run real campaigns at scale, go to Settings → Billing to choose a plan and purchase additional message credits. You can configure automatic top-ups so your credits never run out mid-campaign.

Workspace settings

Your workspace is the container for everything in Myna — agents, campaigns, contacts, and integrations. Configure workspace-wide settings under Settings → Workspace.

Timezone

Set your workspace timezone to match the location of your business or your contacts. Myna uses this timezone when evaluating business hours and scheduling messages.
If your workspace timezone is set incorrectly, your agents may send messages outside of your intended business hours. Set the timezone before activating any campaigns.
Update your workspace name and upload a logo from Settings → Workspace. These appear in the app header and in any client-facing views if you’re operating as an agency.

User roles

Myna has three workspace roles that control what team members can see and do.
The workspace owner has full access to every feature, including billing, workspace settings, and the ability to delete the workspace. Each workspace has exactly one owner — the person who created it.Owners can invite other users and assign them any role.

Inviting team members

To add someone to your workspace:
  1. Go to Settings → Team Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the team member’s email address
  4. Select their role (Admin or User)
  5. Click Send Invite
The invited person receives an email with a link to join the workspace. If they don’t already have a Myna account, they’ll be prompted to create one during the acceptance flow.
Invited users are added to the specific workspace you invite them to. If you manage multiple workspaces, you need to invite them separately to each one.

Switching between workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces, click the workspace name in the top-left corner of the app to open the workspace switcher. Select any workspace to switch to it instantly. Your session updates automatically and all data shown reflects the selected workspace.
Agencies can create dedicated workspaces for each client and switch between them without logging out. See the Workspaces guide for more on multi-workspace setups.
