Subscription Plans
Each subscription plan includes a set number of credits that are added to your balance at the start of every billing cycle. Plan credits reset monthly — unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period. Choosing a higher plan increases your monthly credit ceiling and unlocks additional platform features such as more active campaigns, agents, and phone numbers. If you cancel your subscription, your plan and its benefits remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your workspace automatically moves to the Starter plan. When your credit balance reaches zero, any active campaigns are automatically paused. They resume as soon as you add more credits — either by waiting for your monthly renewal, purchasing a top-up, or enabling auto-recharge.
One-Time Credit Top-Ups
Top-ups let you purchase additional credits on demand, outside of your subscription cycle. Unlike subscription credits, top-up credits roll over — they stay in your balance until you use them, regardless of billing cycle boundaries. How to Purchase a Top-Up

Auto-Recharge
Instead of monitoring your balance manually, you can enable auto-recharge to top up automatically when your balance falls below a threshold you define. How auto-recharge works
How auto-recharge works
When auto-recharge is enabled, Myna checks your balance after every credit deduction. If your balance drops to or below your configured threshold, a payment is triggered off-session using your saved default payment method. The recharge amount is added to your balance immediately upon a successful charge. You can configure three settings for auto-recharge in Billing → Balance:
- Threshold — The credit level (expressed in USD) at which the recharge triggers.
- Recharge amount — How many credits (in USD) to add each time.
- Monthly limit — An optional cap on the total credits added via auto-recharge per billing cycle, to prevent unexpected charges.
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade or Downgrade
Change your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you’ll be charged the difference for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal with no refund for the current period.
Cancel Subscription
You can schedule a cancellation from the Billing page. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing cycle, then your workspace moves to Starter. You can reactivate before the cycle ends.
Payment Methods
Add, update, or remove payment methods via the Stripe Customer Portal. Click Manage next to your current plan on the Billing Overview to open the portal.
Transaction History
View all past payments, including credit pack purchases and subscription invoices, under Billing → Transactions. Each transaction shows the date, amount, payment method used, and status.
