A campaign is the core unit of outreach in Myna. It pairs an AI agent with a phone number, a messaging channel, and a set of contacts, then coordinates every intro, follow-up, and closing message on your behalf. Before your agent can start texting or emailing leads, you need at least one campaign configured and active.
A campaign requires an agent, a phone number, and at least one contact before it can send messages. Make sure you have these ready before activating.

Create a new campaign

1

Open the Campaigns page

Navigate to Campaigns in the left sidebar. Click New Campaign to open the campaign creation form.
2

Name your campaign

Enter a unique Campaign Name. This name identifies the campaign throughout the platform and appears in contact records, message logs, and reports. Choose something descriptive, like Q3 Buyer Outreach or Solar Leads – West Region.
3

Select an agent

Choose the Agent that will power this campaign from the dropdown. The agent determines the persona, tone, and conversational behavior your contacts will experience. If you haven’t created an agent yet, go to Agents first and return here when done.
4

Assign a phone number

Select the Phone Number this campaign will use to send and receive messages. Each phone number can be assigned to one campaign at a time — numbers already in use will be marked accordingly in the dropdown.
5

Choose a channel

Set the default Channel for outbound messages:Individual messages within the campaign can optionally override this default channel.
6

Attach a knowledge base (optional)

Select a Knowledge Base to give your agent access to specific documents, FAQs, or product information when generating replies. Leave this blank to rely on the agent’s built-in training only.
7

Configure campaign settings

Expand the Settings section and review the following options:

Response Delay

How many seconds Myna waits before sending a reply after receiving an inbound message. A short delay (e.g., 15–60 seconds) makes responses feel more natural and helps avoid spam filters.

Split Text

When enabled, long outbound messages are automatically broken into multiple SMS segments instead of one large block. Recommended for SMS campaigns to improve readability and delivery.

Objection Limit

The maximum number of objections a contact can raise before the agent stops engaging and classifies the lead as Warm or Cold. Set this to prevent over-messaging unresponsive leads.

Active / Inactive

Controls whether the campaign is live. New campaigns are created in an inactive state. You activate the campaign manually once it’s ready.
8

Save the campaign

Click Save. The campaign is created and appears in your campaigns list. It is inactive by default.

After creating your campaign

Once you’ve saved the campaign, two things need to happen before messages will go out:
  1. Add contacts — Import or enroll the leads you want this campaign to reach. You can add contacts individually, upload a CSV, or pull them in from a connected HighLevel location.
  2. Activate the campaign — Toggle the campaign status to Active from the campaign list or the campaign detail view. Myna will begin processing contacts and scheduling outreach according to your message sequence and business hours.
Configure your intro, follow-up, and final messages before activating. A campaign with no messages configured will not send anything even when active.

Duplicate an existing campaign

If you want to reuse a campaign’s structure, click the Duplicate option on any existing campaign. Myna copies all settings, messages, and configuration into a new campaign named [Original Name] (Copy). The duplicate is created as inactive with no phone number assigned, so you can adjust it safely before going live.
Duplicating a campaign does not copy its contacts — only the campaign configuration, messages, and agent assignment are carried over.
